I’m Lawrence Green — a creative director, visual storyteller, and digital content creator based in Washington, D.C. I create video, photography, and multimedia experiences that help organizations communicate clearly, honestly, and with impact.
My work spans narrative, documentary, animation, and corporate storytelling. I approach every project with the same goal: to translate complex ideas into stories people can actually connect with. Much of my work happens under tight timelines and high visibility — a challenge I’ve come to value as much as the craft itself.
Over the course of my career, I’ve held video production, television programming, communications, and marketing roles at organizations including the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), and the National Committee for Quality Assurance. In 2010, I founded Time Traveling Media Inc. to produce original content and provide visual solutions for clients who care about both aesthetics and substance.
My work has been featured at nationally recognized venues including SXSW, The Kennedy Center, and The National Museum of African American History and Culture. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Temple University and a Master of Fine Arts from American University, and I currently work as a Multimedia Producer at Amtrak, supporting enterprise-level storytelling and internal communications.
At the core of my work is a belief that good media earns trust. I care deeply about clarity, craft, and collaboration — and about creating work that holds up not just visually, but purposefully.
